How do I use your products?

What is the difference between your two websites?
BioLight has two different websites for specific purposes. BioLightStore.com for ordering products, while our Practitioners Website is a resource website which provides product and technology trainings, resource materials, product flyers, training materials, and educational documents and much more.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, we have no minimums
Are BioLight products made in a clean lab?
Yes, they are produced and bottled in a GMP certified facility.
Are BioLight products safe for children?
Yes, our products that safe for children will have a child dose listed on the product label. The Medix does not have a child dose but can be used safely with infants and children.
Are BioLight products safe for animals?
The majority of our products are safe for use with animals. Please refer to our complete animal-use product list for specific recommendations and exceptions.
Why can the taste of the same product vary from bottle to bottle?
Our liquid herbal products are made with naturally derived botanical extracts. Because we do not mask nature with synthetic dyes or artificial flavors, you may notice slight variations in color, aroma, and flavor from batch to batch.
These differences occur naturally based on factors such as growing conditions, harvest season, geographic source, rainfall, sunshine, and the individual crop.These variations reflect the authentic characteristic of real plant-based ingredients. Although each batch may look, smell, or taste slightly different, every product is carefully crafted and tested to meet our standards for identity, purity, safety, potency, and quality.
What type of alcohol is in your products?
Not all of our products contain alcohol, but those that do have it listed on the product label and the source is an organic coconut oil. The type of alcohol is Organic Cane Alcohol.
Are your products Gluten Free?
The only product in our line that contains any trace of gluten is Inflam Redux Skin, which contains barley sprouts. However, Inflam Redux Skin is a topical-use-only product and is not intended for internal consumption.
All other products are formulated without gluten-containing ingredients. However, they have not been third-party tested and are not certified gluten-free.
Are your products Kosher?
The Glycerin in our Bioenergetic Tinctures and Sprays is Kosher and is sourced from organic coconut oil.
Do your products contain animal by-products?
Click here to access our list of products that contain animal by-products, which are in micronized doses. This list outlines products that fall within the less than 1% (1/60th) animal by-product and the several that are above 1%.

Are your capsules veggie caps?
Yes, our encapsulated products use only veggie capsules, except for our Krill Omega which is a soft gel.
You have many products for stress and emotions how do I know which to use?

Do Medix and Stem Regen Factors need to be used together or can they be used alone?
You can use them together or alone, but we highly recommend, if possible, to use the correlating products for each. Use this resource, Stem Regen Factors & Correlating Stem Cell Activators (Medix). Also see this document regarding how to take the Stem Regen Factors (SRF) and Stem Cell Activators together and how many you can use per day.
How do I know when my products expire?
- BioEnergetic Tinctures & Sprays - The lot number is the date of Manufacture backwards. For example, "03132024" would be a manufactured date of March 13, 2024. Most of our products will last 3-4 years from the Manufacture date. However, these products do last longer than the expiration date but would need to be percussed in the hand 10 times to reactive the product.
- Our Total Nutrition Plus and Probiotic Plus do have an actual Expiration Date because their shelf life is not as long.
- Note: We started listing this new manufactured date format in 2024, so you may have products in your inventory that have a Lot # that is not the manufactured date. Therefore, if you have a product that doesn't equal a date, it's a Lot # only.
- Medix Stem Cell Activators - The expiration date is stamped on the label. Product does last longer than the expiration date but would need to be percussed in the hand 10 times to reactive the product.
- Encapsulated Products - The expiration date is stamped on the bottom of the bottle.
What products can or cannot be imprinted on?
All of our BioEnergetic Tinctures & Sprays can be imprinted. The Medix is not imprintable, nor the encapsulated products.
