How to Return Products

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be authorized in advance - please call our office or email us at support@biolighttechnologies.com to obtain a Return Authorization.

If we make a fulfillment error and ship the incorrect product, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. In these cases, no restocking fee will be charged, nor will you be responsible for the return costs.
