How to Place an order

Make sure you are at the correct website.

• Go to www.biolightstore.com using your preferred web browser.

Sign Into Your Account

• Click the "Sign In" link at the top right of the page.

• Enter your email and password.  If you've forgotten your password, click "Reset Password" once you click the Sign In link.  If you would like us to reset it for you, call us at 770-302-6900 and press #1.

How To Browse For Products

• Use the main menu to browse by product line, by category, or search for a specific product using the search bar at the top right.

• Click on any product to view its details.

Adding Items To Your Shopping Cart

• Once you’ve found the product(s) you want, choose the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart."

• You can continue shopping or click "Proceed to Checkout" to review your order.

Review Your Items In Your Shopping Cart

• Click the cart icon (in the upper right corner) to view your selected items.

• Make sure everything is correct, then click "Proceed to Checkout"

Discount Code
Add in any promotional discount codes under "Apply Coupon" and click "Apply". Please Note: To verify which products are on the Monthly Promotion, click the Promotions link that is on the top of each page.

Enter Shipping Information

• Your shipping address will automatically populate for you. If you need to change it, you can do so here.  If this is a temporary address change, make sure the box "Set This As My Default" that is shown under your Shipping Address is not checked. If this is a permanent change, be sure to check this box.
  
  If you're drop shipping to a patient, remove your mailing address and enter the patient's shipping address. Be sure the box, "Set This As My Default" is NOT checked.
  
  For further information about drop ships, see this resource: How to Do a Drop Ship. If you are wanting to change or update you or your patient's address that is stored in your Address Book: see Updating Addresses.  If you have multiple office locations, you can set these up in your Address Book.

• Choose your preferred shipping method.

• Enter your payment information securely.

Place Your Order

• Review your order one last time.

• Click "Checkout" to complete your purchase.

Confirmation

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Shipment Tracking Number
You will receive an automated email from our shopping cart when your order is shipped giving you the tracking number for your package.

You can Sign in to your account anytime to check your order status.
