How to Modify an Order

Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. This is because we strive to provide fast and efficient service by processing and shipping orders the same day they are received, as long as they are placed before 12:00 PM EST, provided the product ordered is in stock. Once an order enters our fulfillment system, changes such as product substitutions, address updates, or cancellations can no longer be made. We recommend double-checking your order details before submitting to ensure everything is accurate.
