Affiliate Program Information

This program allows your patients to order our products directly through our shopping cart. We create an Affiliate link you can put on your website and/or in an email that your patients can use to login to our store and place their orders at Retail prices + shipping.  We would need your website address and your Federal Sales Tax ID# to set this up for you.  

Each month we'll create a report for you of orders that have been placed under your Affiliate account for the previous month. We send this report to you by email which will show the amount of each patient order (less shipping costs) and your commission on the orders. A check will be sent to you by mail for that amount.

For you to be eligible for the Affiliate Program, we require that your patient orders warrant enough activity to keep it active. Therefore, we periodically evaluate the number of patient orders we are receiving each month to determine if we can still maintain the Affiliate Program for you which would be at least 10 or more orders per month.

Drop ship Orders Directly To Patients

If the Affiliate Program doesn’t align with your practice, we offer a simple and profitable alternative: direct drop shipping to your patients. This option is straightforward and often yields a higher profit per order compared to the Affiliate Program.

You can place dropship orders in any of the following three ways:

1. Place the order online at www.biolightstore.com as you normally would (How to Place an Order), then update the “Ship To” address with your patient’s information (see pictures to the right). Please note that this does not change your billing or account information. If you frequently send to the same patient, you can add the patient's address to your address book, so you do not have to type it in each time.
   

2. Email your order details to orders@biolighttechnologies.com. Details include your name, the product you would like to send, your patient's name, and your patient's address.

3. Call our office with the product details and your patient’s shipping address.

For all three options, you’ll pay the wholesale price, and you can collect the retail price plus shipping directly from your patient. For more information: How to Do a Drop Ship.

You can download our Wholesale Price Sheet, which lists both wholesale and suggested retail prices. You are free to set your own retail pricing based on what works best for your practice.

Pricing Information Is Not Included In Shipments

We never put any type of pricing in our shipments, not even to our practitioners.  There’s only a packing slip and a monthly promotion flyer showing what products are on promotion for that month, but again, there are no prices listed.
